GENERAL COURSE DESCRIPTION

This intermediate level course gives an overview of mental health programs available across nations. Ways in which mental health programming can be culturally-sensitive are presented by authors in several different countries. In addition, multidisciplinary collaboration and the impacts on treatment are addressed.

The course is based on a comprehensive article provided by the World Health Organization (WHO). The featured programs include the following countries:
