You can submit your Insight in 5 different ways:

Text (up to 250 words) with or without a single image/picture

Up to 4 images/pictures with or without a few words with each image/picture

Up to 3 minutes of audio recordings (390 words) with or without an image/picture

Your own poem (up to 250 words and/or 50 lines) with or without an image/picture

Original drawing or art piece (created by you) with or without a few words

You must make sure that your image/picture submission does not violate any copyright laws. FYI, many wonderful free images are available at UnSplash, Pexels or PixaBay.
