Phone and in-person consultations regarding clinical and/or ethical matters are charged at the rate of $200.00/half hour, $275.00/45 min or $350.00/hour.
The consultations and psycho-educational services described on this page neither constitute psychotherapy or counseling, nor involve mental health diagnosis, evaluation, or treatment, nor render legal advice, nor constitute supervision.
Dr. Zur will refer you to a licensed mental health professional/s if he determines that psychological or mental-health intervention, treatment or assessment is needed.
Dr. Zur will keep the consulting records for 7 years.
Because the standard of care is complex, context based, and multidimensional, in many situations it is advisable that you seek legal consultation from an attorney or additional ethical/clinical consultation/s from other experts.
Some circumstances requiring disclosure by law include a reasonable suspicion of child, dependent or elder abuse or neglect or other situations required by law.
Payments are due at least 24 hours prior to the consultation.
Reading material and review of records will be charged at the same rate as the phone or in-person consultation.
Unless cancelled 24 hours before a scheduled appointment, your credit card will be charged at the half hour rate.
It is understood and agreed that the payment is non-refundable, unless agreed otherwise, involves neither a written report nor a follow up, and is in no way contingent upon the outcome of the consultation.
There is no guarantee that Dr. Zur's expert opinion will support your claims, views, attitudes, opinions or concerns.
